Sutton Leasing vehicle order and delivery system is designed to provide maximum customer convenience.  We handle all makes and models with details related to factory ordering, delivering dealer selection, price negotiation and delivery to your driver.

To order, you simply complete a New Vehicle Order Form and submit your request to our Purchasing Department.

The delivering dealer will notify your driver when the vehicle is ready.

EMERGENCIES:

In order to get the lowest possible price on a vehicle, it should be ordered through our factory order purchasing system.  Getting a vehicle through normal factory production will usually be completed within 6 to 10 weeks of receiving your order (subject to availability).

If a vehicle is needed immediately, they can usually be located out of stock.  Out of stock units will increase the price of the vehicle because of dealer markups and perhaps additional equipment, but can be delivered within days of your request. 

PURCHASING DEPARTMENT:

Sutton Leasing's Purchasing Department verifies the requisition for color and equipment compatibility.  

Your vehicle is then ordered from the manufacturer. 

· We arrange for the vehicle to be delivered to a dealership convenient to your driver's home or office.
· You will receive a copy of our Customer  Acknowledgement confirming the order.
· Vehicle Order Status reports can be supplied containing current production and delivery information on a weekly basis.
· When the vehicle is ready for delivery, our dealer will contact your driver. Or your driver may contact the dealer contact that is provided to them.
· If a used vehicle is to be sold by Sutton Leasing, it can be left at the delivering dealer's location.
· After delivery has been completed, you will receive a Schedule (Lease Unit Quotation) containing all relevant cost and rental information.
